I liked the hotel, it was incredibly beautiful and fairly clean with marvellous location to the Mimosa mall. The staff were nice and fast and the pool was nice. The breakfast was warm, had a great selection of options and the food was delicious...

The room was tidy and nicely decorated with a spotless bathroom, and the location was excellent, being very close to nearby malls and a coffee shop.

I thought it was centrally located near all the sites worth visiting.

Hated the leaking shower!!!!!! Really needs to be attended to.

Neat as a pin, everything you need is there and the decor is very stylish but functional, a little change from the usual hotel. Staff were very helpful and it's location was perfect for my needs. Grey college is around the corner (150m) and Mimosa Mall is a mere 50m walk away.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean. the staff, especially the BAR manager, were extremely helpful. - the room was beautifully designed and cozy. - the bathroom was excellent with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets. - the hotel's location is unbeatable, with Mega World just a super close walk away. - the area around the hotel is lovely, situated near the University and Loch Logan Shopping Center.

We arrived late, after driving from jhb. The staff were extremely friendly, and remained that way. We will definitely be booking into the Urban Hotel next month when we have to repeat the trip.Thank you!

Plenty of parking. Peacefull. Neat and clean and close to shopping facilities. Staff were professional and it was a "different" experience as it is very different to the usual hotels. Rooms tastefully decorated and had everything that one needs when away from home. Will definitely refer it to friends and family.

The glass panel in the shower was a bit weird. Would it not look better with a bit of sandblasting halfway up to allow light to still come into the bathroom area? Maybe a tinted film on the window sort of halfway up?

the location is perfect and close to shops. the twin room had a very comfy bed. 3. the room is equipped with a safe, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making machines. 4. Overall, the service was good. 5. Onsite parking is available.

General repairs are needed eg. Loose shower door and toilet flusher, broken plugs, no two pronge plugs for hair driers etc, interleading doors need attention.

We stay in a double room quite often, it is new-fashioned and stylish. Amazing service, the breakfast was nice hot and they have free parking if needed.

The staff at City Lodge Hotel were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The hotel was also well-maintained and clean. The location was convenient, with various dining options nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay between a long journey or for people on a business trip. The rooms are clean, comfy and have a nice view. The staff is friendly and check-in is fast. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the stadium.

Entrance to the hotel can be confusing, but manageable.

Very convenient from where we wanted to go e.g. rugby stadium as well as shopping mall. Had a good rest on a wonderful bed. Thx so much
